Shipping policy

Most non-custom orders ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders require 2-4 weeks to prepare then ship (each order varies).  We use UPS, and USPS for shipping.  Due to heavy volume with shipping carriers there can be a delay in receiving your package.  All orders will receive tracking numbers after shipping out.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
